The water, sewer, and sanitation (City of Dalhart), along with the gas, are provided  while the tenant is responsible for the electricity only.  The apartment has central heat and air.  Fresh and clean!

This is a non-smoking apartment complex and no pets are accepted.  

The kitchen is furnished with a refrigerator and electric stove.  Although there is no washer/dryer connection in the apartment, there is an on-site laundry facility with coin-operated washers and dryers.
