This is a non-smoking apartment complex and no pets are accepted.  

The 3-bedroom rents for $850 per month, with a $850 deposit and a 6-month lease.

The kitchen is furnished with a refrigerator and electric stove.  Although there are no washer/dryer connections in the apartment, there is an on-site laundry facility with coin-operated washers and dryers.
