We have a small studio apartment available and are currently accepting applications.  The apartment rents for $750 per month furnished and $700 unfurnished with a minimum 6-month lease.  All utilities and wi-fi are provided.  That’s right – no utility bills for you to pay!   

The studio is furnished with refrigerator and cooktop, dining set, bed, & linens.  A refundable deposit is required.  Parking is available just outside the unit.
